About two weeks ago, we noticed signs of fraud in the sale of equipment. In particular, on the advertising site https://cpo16.ru in the google.com search engine for the sale of our equipment at prices two or more times lower than the factory price.

As an experiment, we sent a request to purchase equipment on behalf of another legal entity. People in return received a bill for payment and an agreement.

They did not pay this bill. In this case, there are signs of fraud. This organization LLC TsPO is registered in Naberezhnye Chelnycity; it has neither income nor deductions to the budget for tax reporting. It has no right to sell the equipment of the Altaylestekhmash plant since is not an authorized dealer. In addition, the cost of equipment can never be lower than the cost of its production!

Further, the manager of this organization called us several times and rudely demanded payment of the bill, and an e-mail of the following content was received:
