Two-shaft disk saw machine SBG-480

Machine tools "Altai-SBG480" multi-saw disk, designed for longitudinal sawing of logs in order to obtain carriages and unedged boards. The feed to the saw block is carried out using a tracked transport system. Log fixation occurs with the help of automatic pneumatic clamps. The multi saw machine on circular saws ensures reliable operation even with round-the-clock loading. Its design meets all modern safety requirements. The ease of setting the distance between the saws ensures fast lumber of the desired size. The machine has tremendous productivity from 50 to 120m3 per shift. At the request of the customer, the machine can be equipped with a conveyor for raking sawdust, drive roller tables, a manipulator of piece delivery of logs.

Приобрели в 2020 году, с пневмо брусоотделителем в составе линии с двухвальным, КС1000 кромкорезом, межстаночными столами и транспортерами для опилок. Станок работает нормально, гусеницы не погнуло, пневматика работает без проблем в т.ч. в мороз. Картинка на сайте не правильная, на станке идут 3 прижима на входе и 2 на выходе.
Advantages: от 100 до 230 кубов по входу в смену
