Milling machine for cylindering of logs Altai-os550

Altai-os550 roundwood rounding machines are used for the construction of low-rise wooden houses. Allow to process logs with a diameter up to 550 mm.

The cylindering machine has two spherical and face mills and allows you to perform the following operations:

Scheme of work:

Automatic longitudinal feed of the milling carriage of cylindering machines “Altai-os550” with smooth adjustment of the speed of movement allows you to choose the optimal cutting speed of the log. The direction of rotation of the log is set depending on the direction of movement of the milling carriage. The cup is cut out by feeding the cutter with a manual screw drive of the milling unit.
