Disk, single-edge edging machine Altai-007

Single-edge edging machines "Altai-007" are designed for sawing (longitudinal cutting) of unedged boards and slabs in order to obtain edged sawn timber (edged boards, slats, bars, three-edged croaker), and ensure reliable operation even with round-the-clock loading. Machine design meets all safety requirements. There is a modification with quick-mounted dimensional stops of blanks (specify the cost separately)

Benefits:

Extremely tough and safe construction.  In the design of the machines, clearance-free guides are used, which ensures ideal accuracy of the lumber. Initially, the cant is cut, then the workpiece is based on the face of the stops having an adjustment range of 5 ... 250 mm. The machine is optimal for the production of whetstones, blanks for mouldings, individual non-waste cutting of boards. The saw block is moved manually by the machine operator behind the handrails. For ease of transportation, the machine frame is disassembled into several components.
